  • Check In: At the Revitalize Ontario booth between 9th St and the splash pad. It is covered by a permanent gazebo (see map below).
  • Setup: You can check-in and set up your spot any time after 10am on Friday
  • Event Opening: Remember we will open to the public Friday 9/20 at 2pm and Saturday 9/21 at 11am.
  • Load in Location: You can temporarily park along SW 9th St but will need to move your vehicle so others can unload, and we can setup the food trucks along 9th. We will not put up the fence until later in the afternoon to allow for easy access in the morning but after setup the access will be from the entrances only.

Reminders:

  • The Malheur County Health Department WILL be there to inspect all food vendors/food booths. Please assure you have the necessary permits and documentation with you or you will not be allowed to open without their approval. If you have questions, please contact them immediately; Malheur County Health 541-473-5183.
  • There is no power at the park, if you need power, please bring your own whisper quiet generator. The area is somewhat lit but at night you should plan on lighting if you plan to sell during the evening hours.
  • You will not be able to park your vehicle with your food truck/booth. We will be putting the food vendors in a designated area, so they are inside the festival barrier/fencing.
  • We will have overnight security in the park Friday night.
